The Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations Meets with the Governor of Anbar

The Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, met today with the Governor of Anbar, Mr. Omar Mishaan Dabbous, at the Governorate headquarters. Also present were the Technical Assistant, Mr. Khalid Thuwaini, several senior staff members from the Governorate, the Head of the Engineering and Technical Affairs Department at the Fund, Engineer Muhammad Muhi, the Anbar Projects Follow-up Officer, Engineer Luay Hamid, and the Director of the Fund's branch in the Governorate, Engineer Anas Ghassan.

During the meeting, a number of procedures necessary to complete important service projects in Anbar Governorate were discussed, particularly those projects that directly impact the lives of citizens.

His Excellency also discussed education sector projects, especially those related to the construction of schools in all areas, including remote ones, emphasizing the importance of expediting their completion to provide a suitable learning environment for students. His Excellency affirmed that the Fund is continuing its work on rehabilitating service projects in the liberated governorates and restoring government buildings according to the established plans and timelines.

He also stated that the expressway and control project will be completed according to the approved technical specifications and within the appropriate timeframes, noting the importance of joint cooperation among the relevant authorities to improve the service sector in the governorate.

His Excellency explained that financial entitlements are disbursed after the Ministry of Finance releases the funding to ensure the continuity of work and the completion of projects in accordance with legal and administrative procedures.
