In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Fund has completed the final phase of the project to develop and pave the internal streets of Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood (behind the exhibitions) on River Police Street in Tikrit District, Salah al-Din Governorate.The project work included laying the final (surface) layer of asphalt, the last stage of paving the street. This stage relied on the soundness and age of the existing surface and the cleanliness of the previous layer after it was carefully sprayed with adhesive. The movement of the paving machine was controlled and continuously compacted, increasing the density, durability, and resistance of the road against traffic loads and weather conditions. Emphasis was placed on expediting the work to complete it as quickly as possible and according to the required technical specifications, thus contributing to improving road efficiency and enhancing traffic flow for vehicles and citizens.

In the same context, the Fund's engineering and technical staff continue to monitor the implementation phases of projects in Salah al-Din Governorate and other governorates to ensure their completion according to the required specifications, schedules, and timeframes, thereby achieving the desired outcomes and serving the people of the governorate.
