His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, received a group of contractors and company owners contracting with the Fund to discuss the outstanding financial dues owed to them and mechanisms for expediting their disbursement. During the meeting, His Excellency emphasized the importance of finding urgent and effective solutions to this issue by securing the necessary funding for the Fund from the Ministry of Finance. This funding is essential to ensure the fulfillment of financial obligations to companies and contractors and to contribute to the uninterrupted implementation of service and reconstruction projects.

Al-Jubouri also stressed that several approvals have been obtained from higher authorities to disburse payments for completed projects. In cooperation with the Ministry of Planning, this funding will enable the Fund to provide the amounts owed to contractors, as it represents a fundamental pillar for continuing reconstruction efforts, supporting stability and development, and providing services to the residents of liberated areas affected by terrorist operations. The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues its efforts and communication with the relevant authorities to overcome financial and administrative obstacles, and to ensure the continuation of the reconstruction process and the completion of projects that serve the citizens.
