The Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, met with the Minister of Finance, Mr. Faleh Al-Sari, at the Ministry of Finance headquarters to discuss several financial and administrative matters related to the Fund's work and to expedite the disbursement of financial dues to contractors working on projects in the governorates under the Fund's purview.

During the meeting, they discussed the obstacles hindering project implementation and mechanisms for addressing them, as well as expediting financial procedures to ensure the continuity of work and the completion of projects according to approved plans and schedules. This will guarantee smooth operations and the availability of the necessary funding for ongoing projects.

The Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, emphasized the importance of coordination and cooperation between the Reconstruction Fund and the Ministry of Finance to resolve outstanding issues and overcome obstacles to disbursing financial dues to contractors. This will contribute to supporting reconstruction efforts in the affected areas and accelerating the implementation of service and development projects across all sectors.

For his part, Minister of Finance Faleh Al-Sari affirmed the Ministry's commitment to cooperating with the Fund and working to address financial obstacles within the established legal frameworks and procedures.
