In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Reconstruction Fund completed the project to develop the internal streets in Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood (behind the exhibitions) in Tikrit district, Salah al-Din Governorate. This project is part of the Fund's efforts to develop infrastructure and support sustainable urban development. The project included the rehabilitation and development of the secondary roads and the main road in Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood, from laying sub-base layers and constructing sidewalks to pouring concrete curbs and paving with interlocking pavers. The final stage involved spraying the streets with asphalt, then paving them with asphalt and compacting them properly to the required specifications and a suitable thickness capable of withstanding vehicle weights and weather conditions. The Reconstruction Fund, as part of its plan to develop infrastructure in liberated areas and improve services, is committed to continuous monitoring of the work on the ground by its engineering and technical staff to ensure that the work is carried out to the required quality and within the specified timeframes.
