Work Continues on the Internal Road Rehabilitation Project in Tal Al-Zaatar (Phase II)

The Reconstruction Fund continues work on the internal road rehabilitation project in Tal Al-Zaatar (Phase II) in Salah al-Din Governorate.

In implementation of the directives of the Head of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, work is proceeding on the internal road rehabilitation project in the Tal Al-Zaatar area (Phase II)—located in the Baiji District of Salah al-Din Governorate. This initiative is part of broader efforts to improve infrastructure, enhance the quality of internal roads, and better serve local residents.
Current operations involve the installation of paving stones (pavers) and curbs, as well as the laying of mixed-aggregate base courses, following the project's approved technical sequence. The completion rate has reached approximately 40% to date.
Work is progressing steadily in compliance with approved engineering and technical specifications, with ongoing monitoring of execution stages to ensure quality and adherence to the established project schedule.
This project is part of the Fund's efforts to implement service-oriented projects aimed at developing the internal road network and improving the quality of services provided to citizens in the area.
