In accordance with the directives of Engineer Saad Amin Faisal al-Jubouri, Head of the Fund for Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, work is proceeding on the construction of the five-story Salah al-Din Communications and Informatics Directorate building in Tikrit District. This effort is part of the drive to complete the project in compliance with approved engineering specifications and standards.
