The Head of the Fund for Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, met with a group of contractors from Nineveh Governorate—accompanied by the Fund’s Deputy Head, Dr. Qutaiba Ghazi Majeed, and senior Fund staff—to review the key problems and obstacles hindering project implementation. The meeting focused on discussing ways to resolve these issues, thereby ensuring the continuity of work and the successful completion of projects in coordination with the beneficiary entities.

The Head of the Fund emphasized the administration's commitment to following up on contractors' files, addressing workflow impediments, and exploring solutions. He stressed the importance of cooperation and coordination between the Fund and the companies executing projects in areas affected by terrorist operations to ensure the completion of reconstruction projects and their handover to the beneficiaries.
