The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations held an introductory workshop on the Code of Conduct with the participation of a number of the Fund's members.
The workshop addressed the basic principles and values ​​on which the code is based, in addition to clarifying the concept of positive work behavior and its impact on the individual and the institution.
Engineer Rasul Adnan Daham explained that the first amendment to the Code of Conduct No. 1 of 2016 and how to apply the code in many situations, in addition to a number of models of codes of conduct for state employees, the public sector, and members of the mixed sector based on the State Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991, as amended, has an effective and influential impact on improving work.
She explained the importance of the regulation and the commitment of the participants to apply it in their work environment, reviewing the main points included in the instructions for the code of conduct for employees of the state, public and mixed sectors No. 1 of 2005. The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues, under the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, who formed a committee to follow up on the procedures for informing employees and those assigned to public service of the code of conduct and signing the attached form, headed by Mr. Bashar Shakib Nashat, Assistant Director of the Administrative, Legal and Financial Affairs Department, by holding courses and workshops.
