In accordance with the directives of the Head of the Fund for Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal al-Jubouri, the demolition and reconstruction project for the Ibn al-Atheer Civil Defense Center—located in the Mosul District of Nineveh Governorate—has been completed.
