Under the direction and supervision of His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, a team from the Fund's media office conducted a field tour to review a number of projects implemented in Diyala Governorate, covering vital sectors, most notably health and education.
In his directives, His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund emphasized the importance of continuing media coverage of the stages of completion and progress rates of projects, in order to enhance transparency and strengthen citizens' confidence in reconstruction efforts.
The media tour included a visit to the doctors' home at Al-Batoul Teaching Hospital in Baqubah, which the Fund established as part of its efforts to support the vital health sector. The media team also visited Zenobia School, located in the Sa'diya al-Shat area of ​​Al-Khalis District. The school, which consists of 12 classrooms and other service facilities, is more than 70% complete.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund emphasized the commitment of all Fund staff to implementing projects according to the required technical specifications, ensuring the best services across various sectors, particularly those related to infrastructure and vital facilities.
His Excellency concluded by highlighting the Fund's significant role in rebuilding infrastructure and achieving stability in governorates affected by military operations during the era of the terrorist organization ISIS.
