Professor Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, presented the Shield of Excellence to His Excellency Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, in recognition of his active and influential role in supporting the education sector and rehabilitating, developing, and rebuilding numerous buildings and departments at the University of Mosul.
This honor came during His Excellency's visit to the university, which is part of his ongoing field monitoring of service and educational projects in Nineveh Governorate.
