His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, reviewed progress on rehabilitation and development projects at Mosul University during his visit to Nineveh Governorate.
His Excellency monitored on-site work on several vital projects within the university, which aim to support the educational process and improve the infrastructure of academic institutions. He praised the efforts made by the engineering and technical staff in implementing the projects according to the required timetables and standards.
His Excellency affirmed the Fund's commitment to supporting Iraqi universities, particularly in affected areas, by providing an appropriate educational environment that contributes to advancing higher education and enhancing the role of universities in building individuals and society. His Excellency was accompanied during the visit by the Governor of Nineveh, Mr. Abdul Qadir Al-Dakhil, the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and a number of officials from the Fund, in addition to the university's administrative and engineering staff.
