His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, met today with Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani at the Government Palace.
During the meeting, several important issues related to the Fund's work were discussed, including projects for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, both completed and under implementation, according to the government program. The Fund's future plan was also discussed.
His Excellency affirmed the Fund's commitment to all instructions and regulations approved by the government program, noting that the achievements made in the reconstruction of government buildings and all sectors in the affected areas reflect the Fund's commitment to fulfilling the basic requirements for its work. His Excellency also stressed the importance of continuing to rehabilitate and develop government institutions in the liberated governorates, contributing to enhancing stability and creating favorable conditions for the return of displaced persons to their areas. For his part, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani expressed his full support for the Fund's continued implementation of service projects to provide the best services to our people in the liberated areas.
