The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations held a week-long training course on the Civil Service Discipline Law in the Grants and Loans Hall at the Fund's headquarters.
A number of Fund employees participated in the course to familiarize themselves with laws and regulations, types of penalties, and their consequences.
Lecturer Hassan Mohammed Rajai, Senior Legal Advisor, emphasized that the course helps participants familiarize themselves with laws, regulations, and procedures for appealing penalties.
He explained that its primary goal is to raise the level of legal awareness among employees, contributing to improved job performance and reducing administrative violations.
He added that familiarizing themselves with the Civil Service Discipline Law represents an important step in instilling the principles of discipline and commitment to job duties, which positively impacts the workflow within the Fund and its service projects.
