The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations concluded a week-long specialized human resources training course in the Grants and Loans Hall at the Fund's headquarters.
The course aimed to introduce participants to the basics of modern management, develop their skills in dealing with clients, and enhance employees' commitment to administrative standards.
Professor Haider Abdul Razzaq Al-Furaiji emphasized that the trainees demonstrated great interaction and a keen interest in knowing their job rights and duties.
He pointed out that modern management relies on multiple schools of thought to help find practical solutions to work-related problems.
Al-Furaiji also emphasized the importance of undertaking these training experiences to enable Fund employees to improve their administrative performance and oversee projects more efficiently.
He explained that adopting electronic management contributes to reducing time and reducing corruption through the development of advanced electronic programs.
