Based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, the media delegation from the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations visited a number of service projects in Salah al-Din Governorate, including the water, municipality, roads, bridges, and higher education sectors.
The delegation was accompanied during its tour by the Director of the Fund's branch in Salah al-Din Governorate and a number of engineers. The delegation was also accompanied by a field visit to water projects, the Al-Awja Municipality headquarters, and several streets across the region. The delegation also visited Tikrit University to monitor progress made within the Fund's projects.
This tour was based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin al-Jubouri, to monitor the progress of the projects on the ground and provide media coverage. It also included the preparation of films, photos, and brochures for the conference scheduled to be held in early November.
This visit is part of a series of field visits conducted by the Fund to affected governorates to monitor progress and document the stages of work on service projects that contribute to improving the quality of life for citizens.
The media delegation emphasized that the Fund is continuing its efforts to implement reconstruction and rehabilitation projects in coordination with sectoral and local authorities in Salah al-Din Governorate, contributing to enhancing stability and supporting the return of life to affected areas.
The delegation also praised the efforts of the engineering and technical personnel working on the projects, appreciating their commitment to accelerating the pace of work and adhering to technical specifications to ensure project implementation meets the required standards.
