His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, today visited the rehabilitation and expansion project of the main garage and service road at Tikrit University. He was accompanied on the field tour by Mr. Badr Al-Fahal, Governor of Salah al-Din, Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, and a number of members of the Fund's senior staff.
His Excellency emphasized that the Fund is committed to all legal and technical procedures that ensure the implementation of service projects according to the highest standards and contribute to improving the infrastructure of the affected areas.
His Excellency highlighted the importance of the project, which is 88% complete.
He explained that it represents an important step in easing traffic congestion at the university gate and contributes to improving the flow of traffic and regulating entry to the campus.
