The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations has begun construction on the first floor of the Northern Technical University's classroom reconstruction project at the Al-Kindi campus in Nineveh Governorate.

The Fund's engineering and technical team in the governorate has started pouring the concrete for the first floor of the classroom building. The project includes the construction of modern classrooms, scientific laboratories, and a university administration building, which will contribute to strengthening the educational infrastructure and supporting the academic process.

Work is progressing rapidly under the direct supervision of specialized engineering staff, in accordance with approved technical procedures and the established timelines.
