Based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund,The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues its work on the rehabilitation and paving project for the road linking Al-Mahouz to Al-Khan in Al-Hawija District, Kirkuk Governorate.The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations is continuing its work on the rehabilitation and paving project for the 9.3 km road linking Al-Mahouz to Al-Khan in Al-Hawija District, Kirkuk Governorate, as part of the Fund's plans to develop infrastructure and improve the road network in liberated areas.Based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, the engineering and technical staff are working intensively. The ongoing work includes laying the base layers, compacting and leveling the surface, and laying the crushed gravel layers, in addition to scraping, leveling, and repairing damage and depressions in preparation for the final paving work, all according to the approved technical and engineering specifications.

This project is considered vital as it will contribute to facilitating the movement of citizens and connecting residential areas and neighboring villages, as well as supporting economic activity and reducing the difficulties faced by residents in commuting, especially during the rainy season.
