Based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues the work on the reconstruction of the Tikrit Water Project in Salah al-Din Governorate. Based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin al-Jubouri, the engineering and technical staff are working diligently.This project is considered one of the vital projects supporting the infrastructure and basic services in Tikrit District. The project has witnessed the completion of the final stages of installing the integrated unit for the filtration and treatment system, concurrently with the external treatment of the concrete basin walls, according to the approved technical specifications and under the supervision and monitoring of the Fund's engineering and technical staff. The project aims to enhance the stability of drinking water supply and improve the efficiency of services provided to citizens. The project's design capacity is 1000 m³/hour, intended to meet the needs of Tikrit district and surrounding areas. Supervising staff confirmed that work is progressing rapidly, with the overall project completion rate reaching 80%. The remaining phases are being implemented according to the established timelines, paving the way for the project's commissioning in the near future.
