The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues work on the road rehabilitation project leading to the Asiacell tower (the area separating Al-Khadraa neighborhood and the areas designated by Resolution 117) in Jalawla, Diyala Governorate.

Fieldwork continues on the road rehabilitation project leading to the Asiacell tower, which is considered one of the important service projects that contribute to improving infrastructure, easing traffic congestion, and facilitating the movement of citizens in the area.

The project includes the implementation of all infrastructure works, starting with the installation of stormwater drainage networks and potable water networks, in addition to backfilling, excavation, leveling, laying the sub-base layer, paving the streets, and installing curbs and lighting fixtures. It also includes street marking and the installation of traffic signs according to approved technical specifications.

This project is part of the Fund's ongoing efforts to improve the service and urban infrastructure in liberated areas and enhance the level of services provided to citizens.
