The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues its work on the rehabilitation project for the Al-Mahawil Municipality building and its annexes in Babil Governorate.In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, the engineering teams supervising the project are closely monitoring its completion on schedule.

Current work includes backfilling the annex floors with earth materials in layers according to approved technical specifications, along with spraying insecticides to ensure the safety of the infrastructure and the quality of the work. This was followed by the completion of the site's sewage network.The backfilling work, using crushed stone and gravel, has been completed in preparation for the concrete pouring in the next phase, as part of the planned project.Similarly, the concrete pouring for the pump house has been completed, including all layers of backfill, crushed stone, and gravel. The work was carried out according to approved technical and engineering specifications to ensure the highest levels of quality and durability.

This project is part of the efforts of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations to support and develop service institutions and improve infrastructure, thereby contributing to better services for citizens in Babylon Governorate.
