His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, extends his warmest congratulations on the new government formation gaining the confidence of the Iraqi Parliament, headed by His Excellency the Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi.
