Fieldwork continues on the paving and surfacing project for streets in the Old Mansouriya neighborhood and the Al-Basatin neighborhood within the Mansouriya district of Diyala Governorate, under the supervision and monitoring of the staff of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations. This is part of the Fund's efforts to develop infrastructure and improve services in the targeted areas.Based on the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, the Fund's staff have intensified their efforts to complete all the essential requirements for the project. The project includes removing existing street surfaces to the required levels, addressing damp and sagging areas to ensure the project's longevity and improve road efficiency, and leveling the natural ground according to approved technical specifications.The work also includes constructing drainage ditches for rainwater runoff, installing curbs and sidewalks, paving main streets with a stabilizer base layer, and paving secondary streets in the old Mansouriya area with concrete. This will improve traffic flow and provide a better service environment for residents.

This project is part of the Fund's plan to rehabilitate and develop infrastructure in Diyala Governorate, aligning with the needs of residential areas and enhancing the level of services provided.
