His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations congratulates the Minister of Trade on assuming his duties

His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, extended his sincerest congratulations to the Minister of Trade, Dr. Mustafa Nizar Al-Ani, on assuming his duties as Minister of Trade of Iraq, wishing him continued success in fulfilling his national responsibilities and serving the Iraqi people.

His Excellency emphasized that the Ministry of Trade represents a fundamental pillar in supporting the national economy, enhancing food security, and developing the commercial and service sectors. He also pointed to the importance of integrated efforts among government institutions to implement programs and projects that contribute to supporting stability in all governorates, especially the affected areas that are witnessing a large-scale reconstruction campaign to rehabilitate infrastructure and basic services.

His Excellency His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund expressed the Fund's readiness for full cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and the provision of all possible support for projects and plans related to liberated areas, thereby accelerating reconstruction and improving the services and living conditions of citizens.

His Excellency noted that the current phase requires concerted efforts from all state institutions to achieve and enhance investment and employment opportunities. He affirmed that the Fund is continuing to implement its strategic plans and projects in various affected governorates according to the highest technical and engineering standards, in line with the government's directives for reconstruction and achieving economic and social stability.
