In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, field monitoring continues of the ongoing work within the project to rehabilitate and pave the road leading to Al-Rahmaniyah village, which is part of the Al-Mahlabiyah district in Nineveh Governorate and included in the Fund's investment plan.
The work currently underway includes completing the leveling, excavating culverts, and backfilling of the mountain gravel. This work is being carried out in the presence of the Fund's branch engineer and the resident engineer from the beneficiary entity, the Rural Development Department of the Services Directorate, to monitor progress and ensure that the work is being implemented according to the approved technical specifications. This project is considered one of the important service projects implemented by the Fund as part of its package of projects for Nineveh Governorate. It plays a vital role in improving the road network, facilitating the movement of citizens, and connecting rural areas to service centers. Furthermore, it contributes to supporting stability and local development and strengthening the region's infrastructure.
The actual completion rate of the project has reached 30%, while the planned completion rate is 64%. On-site efforts continue to accelerate the pace of work and complete the project within the specified timeframe.
