The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations continues work on the rehabilitation of internal streets in Al-Ba'aj District, Nineveh Governorate.
In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, work continues on the rehabilitation of internal streets in Al-Ba'aj District, specifically in the neighborhoods of Al-Intisar, Hittin, Al-Thawra, Al-Qadisiyah, and Al-Risala in Nineveh Governorate. This project, included in the investment plan, has a completion period of 240 days.
The project aims to improve the infrastructure of the road network within residential neighborhoods and provide smoother traffic flow for citizens and vehicles. The work includes earthworks, laying a layer of compacted gravel, removing damaged paving stones, installing curbs, and paving streets, sidewalks, and culverts according to approved technical specifications. The project is being monitored on the ground by specialized engineering staff to ensure that the work is carried out with the required quality and within the specified timeframes, which contributes to raising the level of services provided to the people of Al-Baaj district and improving the urban and service situation in the region.
