The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations has completed the internal roads project at Tal Afar University.In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Fund has completed the rehabilitation and development of the internal roads at Tal Afar University. This project is part of the Fund's efforts to develop infrastructure and support sustainable urban development.
