In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Fund has achieved significant progress in the development and paving of internal streets in Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood (behind the exhibitions) located in Tikrit District, Salah al-Din Governorate, with a completion rate of 91%.

The project works included laying and properly compacting layers of sub-base, constructing sidewalks, pouring concrete forms, paving with interlocking bricks, and applying the final asphalt surface layer. Emphasis was placed on accelerating the pace of work to complete it as quickly as possible and according to the required technical specifications, thereby contributing to improving road efficiency and enhancing traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians. It is worth noting that the engineering and technical staff are continuously monitoring the projects being implemented in Salah al-Din Governorate and other governorates to ensure that the work is carried out to the required quality standards and within the specified timeframes, thus providing the best possible services to all neighborhoods in Tikrit District and the surrounding areas within Salah al-Din Governorate.
