In accordance with the directives of the Head of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Fund is proceeding with the preliminary handover of a project to rehabilitate and pave roads in the villages of Tabbah and Salagh, located in the Sinjar District of Nineveh Governorate—a project included in the Fund’s investment plan.
The preliminary handover committee—comprising engineers from the Fund and representatives from the beneficiary entity in Nineveh Governorate (the Services Directorate/Rural Development Department)—is overseeing the handover process and verifying that the work has been executed in compliance with established technical specifications.
This project is part of a broader set of initiatives implemented by the Fund in Nineveh Governorate, aimed at developing infrastructure, improving road networks and services, and fostering stability in affected areas. These efforts are intended to support the restoration of normal life and address the essential needs of the local population.
