In accordance with the directives of the Head of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal al-Jubouri, the casting of the first-floor slab has been completed as part of the demolition and reconstruction project for the Ras al-Jada Civil Defense Center in the Mosul District of Nineveh Governorate.

This milestone coincides with a field visit conducted by the Director of the Fund’s Nineveh branch, accompanied by the resident engineering team and an engineer representing the beneficiary—the Nineveh Civil Defense Directorate—to monitor progress and assess the implementation stages, ensuring the project is completed in accordance with technical specifications and the established timeline.

This project is part of a broader set of initiatives being implemented by the Fund in Nineveh Governorate, aimed at developing infrastructure and enhancing the operational readiness of public service institutions, thereby contributing to stability and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
