Under the patronage of the Head of the Fund for Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Governor of Salah al-Din, Mr. Haitham Al-Zahwan—acting on behalf of the Fund’s Head—inaugurated Al-Karim Primary School in the Yathrib sub-district of Balad District, following the completion of its rehabilitation and reconstruction.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Director of the Fund’s branch in Salah al-Din (representing the Fund), alongside engineering and technical staff and various local government officials.
This project’s completion is part of the Fund’s efforts to improve service delivery and the educational landscape in affected areas by rehabilitating educational institutions and providing a suitable, safe school environment for students and teaching staff.
The Fund emphasized that school rehabilitation projects are part of its plan to support the education sector and strengthen educational infrastructure. These efforts aim to improve the learning environment and establish educational institutions capable of meeting the educational needs of the people of Salah al-Din Governorate.
The inauguration of Al-Karim School embodies the ongoing efforts to restore life and essential services to affected areas and to support stability and development by investing in education—a fundamental pillar for building the future of coming generations.
