Under the direct guidance of His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Faisal Al-Jubouri, the Training and Development Unit at the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, in cooperation with the Federal Service Council, organized a training course entitled:
((Introduction to the Decentralized Government Accounting System and How to Apply It to the Systems Approved by Our Institution)) in the Grants and Loans Hall at the Fund's headquarters.
The course aims to develop employees' capabilities in understanding the decentralized government accounting system and its application to the institution's approved financial systems, contributing to increased financial performance efficiency and operational transparency.
The course included several key topics, most notably:
• Introduction to the decentralized government accounting system.
• The difference between the centralized and decentralized systems.
• The legal and legislative framework of the system.
• Steps for implementing the system into the institution's approved financial systems.
• Challenges and solutions in practical application. The course was delivered by the following lecturers:
• Accountant Marwan Salah Noman
• Auditor Zainab Daoud
Participants praised the importance of this course and its role in strengthening institutional capacities and improving the quality of financial and administrative work at the Fund.
